Eleven One Media LLC · Qatar Financial Centre Registration No. 4312 · Doha, State of Qatar
Version 1.0 · 2 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Eleven One Media website, platforms, applications, contributor areas, content libraries, account services and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting content, requesting accreditation support, purchasing or downloading licensed content, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If a specific service, licence, contributor relationship, assignment, accreditation, purchase or commercial arrangement is governed by additional written terms, those specific terms apply in addition to these Terms and prevail to the extent of any direct conflict.
1. About Eleven One Media
The Services are operated by Eleven One Media LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Doha, State of Qatar, under QFC Registration No. 4312, represented by Mr. Redha Hosni Seggani, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Eleven One Media is an international media agency engaged in the creation, collection, management, distribution, publication, licensing and commercialisation of editorial and visual media content. Its activities may include photography, photojournalism, journalism, video, reporting, news, sports, politics, entertainment, culture and other editorial fields.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, publication, agency, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to the applicable terms.
Where local law requires a higher minimum age or additional consent, you may use the Services only in accordance with those requirements. Certain professional, contributor, purchasing or licensing features may be restricted to verified adults or authorised business users.
3. Accounts and Security
Some Services require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by Eleven One Media’s own breach of applicable duties.
- Do not share credentials with unauthorised persons or allow another person to impersonate you.
- Notify Eleven One Media promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, account compromise or identity fraud.
- Eleven One Media may require identity, professional or corporate verification before granting access to restricted features.
4. Permitted Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable licence terms, event rules, professional standards and applicable law.
Unless expressly authorised in writing, you must not:
- copy, scrape, harvest, systematically download, extract or reproduce substantial parts of the Services, databases, metadata or content libraries;
- circumvent access controls, watermarks, security measures, download restrictions, rate limits or technical protections;
- use bots, automated systems or artificial-intelligence tools to access or extract content in a manner prohibited by Eleven One Media or applicable law;
- remove copyright notices, credits, metadata, watermarks or rights-management information;
- use the Services to publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, hateful, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing material;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, professional status, accreditation, authority or relationship with Eleven One Media; or
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the Services.
5. Editorial and Media Content
The Services may contain editorial photographs, video, text, captions, metadata, reports and other media depicting newsworthy events, public figures, sporting events, political activities, entertainment, culture and other matters of public interest. Editorial content is provided for legitimate editorial, informational and licensing purposes.
The appearance of a person, organisation, trademark, venue or event in editorial content does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or approval by Eleven One Media.
Captions, metadata and event information may be corrected or updated where errors are identified. Users who believe content or metadata is inaccurate, unlawful or rights-infringing may submit a notice through the official contact channels.
6. Copyright, Intellectual Property and Brand Rights
The Eleven One Media name, logo, trade dress, platform design, databases, text, software, graphics, metadata structures and other proprietary elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Photographs, videos, articles and other works may be owned by Eleven One Media, contributors, partner agencies or other licensors, depending on the relevant agreement.
Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property right. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, adapted, resold, sublicensed, used for machine-learning training, or commercially exploited except under a valid licence or other express written permission.
7. Licensing and Downloads
Any purchase, download or authorised use of photographs, video or other licensable content is subject to the applicable Eleven One Media Licence Information, licence agreement, invoice restrictions, usage notes and any rights or territory limitations displayed at the time of licensing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a licence grants only the usage rights described in the applicable licence; it does not transfer copyright ownership. Content may not be redistributed to third parties as stand-alone files or used outside the licensed scope without additional authorisation.
Where content is supplied by a partner or third-party licensor, additional restrictions may apply and will form part of the relevant licence.
8. Contributors, Photographers, Journalists and Media Professionals
Registration, profile creation, content submission, publication of work, prior collaboration, possession of an Eleven One Media account, or description as a contributor does not create employment, partnership, agency, legal representation or authority to bind Eleven One Media unless expressly agreed in writing.
Contributors remain responsible for complying with professional, editorial, legal, ethical and event-specific requirements applicable to their work. Contributor eligibility, active status, quality standards, submission expectations and access to agency-supported opportunities may be governed by a separate Contributor Policy.
9. Accreditation, Assignments and Representation
No contributor, photographer, journalist, correspondent or other person may use the Eleven One Media name, logo, registration information, credentials, business identity or claimed affiliation to seek or obtain accreditation, event access, restricted-area access, interviews, invitations, visas, travel documentation, government permissions, press facilities or other privileges without prior written authorisation from Eleven One Media.
A person is not entitled to agency-supported accreditation merely because they have previously uploaded content or worked with Eleven One Media. Eligibility may depend on verified identity, professional quality, active and sustained contribution, editorial need, conduct history, assignment requirements, event rules and the agency’s internal assessment.
All accreditation support and assignments are discretionary and event-specific. Eleven One Media may approve, decline, withdraw or condition its support where reasonably necessary to protect the agency, event organisers, rights holders, clients, other contributors or the integrity of its operations.
Unauthorised representation of Eleven One Media, including false or misleading claims of assignment or affiliation, may result in suspension or termination of account or contributor status and, where appropriate, notification to affected organisers or authorities.
10. Content Submitted by Users or Contributors
If you submit photographs, video, text, captions, metadata or other material, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that material and to grant any rights required under your contributor or platform agreement. You must not knowingly submit fabricated, manipulated, unlawfully obtained or rights-infringing material in violation of applicable editorial standards or law.
Specific ownership, exclusivity, licensing, revenue-share, credit, takedown and archival terms for contributor content will be governed by the applicable contributor agreement or contributor policy. These Terms do not by themselves transfer ownership of contributor copyright to Eleven One Media.
11. Purchases, Fees and Commercial Transactions
Where paid services or licences are offered, the price, currency, taxes (if applicable), scope, payment method and relevant commercial conditions will be presented before the transaction is completed or stated in the applicable quotation, order, invoice or licence agreement.
Refund, cancellation, replacement or credit rights depend on the nature of the service or licence, the applicable contract and mandatory consumer law. Digital content that has already been downloaded or licensed may be subject to special cancellation limitations where legally permitted, which must be disclosed before purchase.
Eleven One Media may use authorised third-party payment providers. Payment-provider terms and privacy practices may apply in addition to these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links, integrations or access to third-party websites, payment providers, social platforms, event systems or other services. Eleven One Media does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Eleven One Media Privacy Policy, applicable privacy settings and cookie information. Where the Qatar Financial Centre data-protection framework applies, processing will be carried out in accordance with applicable QFC data-protection requirements. Mandatory privacy laws in other jurisdictions may also apply depending on the individual, processing activity and location.
The Privacy Policy and Privacy Settings/Cookie documentation form separate documents and should be read together with these Terms.
14. Suspension and Termination
Eleven One Media may restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary, including for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, rights infringement, unauthorised representation, abuse of accreditation processes, repeated editorial violations, non-payment, or conduct that materially harms the agency or its partners.
Where appropriate and legally required, Eleven One Media may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach. Serious misconduct, fraud, security threats or unauthorised use of the agency’s identity may justify immediate action.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Eleven One Media aims to maintain accurate, secure and reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of all errors, or the continued availability of any specific content, event, contributor, feature or licensing opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eleven One Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of opportunity, business or data, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or where a separate written contract provides otherwise.
Any liability relating to a licensed image, video, paid service or specific commercial arrangement may be governed by the limitations and remedies in the applicable licence agreement, order, invoice or written contract.
17. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user or contributor who materially breaches these Terms, infringes third-party rights, submits unlawful content, or falsely represents authority to act for Eleven One Media may be responsible for losses, claims or reasonable costs directly resulting from that breach, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
18. Electronic Communications and Notices
You agree that notices, contractual information, account communications and other records may be provided electronically where permitted by law. Eleven One Media may communicate through the email address associated with your account, the Services, or other official contact details supplied by you.
Only written authorisations issued or expressly confirmed by an authorised Eleven One Media representative should be relied upon as official authority to represent the agency or obtain accreditation in its name.
19. Changes to the Services or Terms
Eleven One Media may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, regulation, technology or business operations. The current version and effective date will be published on the Services. Where a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, Eleven One Media will take the required steps.
20. Governing Framework and Jurisdiction
Eleven One Media LLC is incorporated and registered in the Qatar Financial Centre, Doha, State of Qatar. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to Eleven One Media LLC within the QFC and, where applicable, relevant laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to mandatory laws that apply to users, consumers, contributors or transactions in another jurisdiction.
Eleven One Media also conducts activities in the United States, including through its New York presence. U.S. federal, state or local laws may apply to particular activities, users, transactions or processing where required. A specific contract, licence, assignment or commercial agreement may specify its own governing law, forum or dispute-resolution process, and that specific provision will govern that relationship.
Any dispute not governed by a separate written dispute-resolution clause shall be brought before the competent court or forum having jurisdiction under the applicable legal framework.
21. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
22. Entire Terms and Order of Priority
These Terms, together with the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, applicable Privacy Settings/Cookie documentation, Licence Information, contributor terms and any specific written agreement applicable to a service, form the contractual framework for use of the Services.
For a conflict concerning a specific licensed asset, purchase, contributor relationship, assignment or accreditation, the more specific written agreement or policy prevails over these general Terms to the extent of that conflict.
